  • Join our guided tours and get to know how the life of a miner and their family was. 
  • We offer guided tours for everyone:
  • Exciting train ride and guided tour in the mine with stories about the life in the mine.
  • Buy tickets on our webpage or at Heishuset at arrival.
  • We have a cafe with refreshments.
  • Visit us and find out what we can offer and we recommend to explore the hiking trails in the area!
  • All visitors must follow the security instructions for the mine and follow the instructions from the guide.


  • Remember! Bring worm clothes, since the temperature in the mine is 3 to 6  degrees C all year round.


  • Guided tour for children under 3 years old is not allowed/recommended due to required use of helmet, the environment in the mine and walking distance.

* Family ticket is valid for 2 adults and 2 children (3-15 years old). It is not valid for guided tour in the Shaft tour and workers house.
