  • Join our guided tours and get to know how the life of a miner and their family was. 
  • We offer guided tours for everyone:
  • Exciting train ride and guided tour in the mine with stories about the life in the mine.
  • This year, we are offering a guided tour suitable for children aged 3–7.
  • You can buy tickets on our website or at Heishuset upon arrival.
  • We also have a café where you can enjoy refreshments.
  • Visit us to see everything we have to offer — and we recommend exploring the hiking trails in the area.
  • All visitors must follow the safety instructions for the mine and the guidance provided by the tour guide.


  • Remember! Bring worm clothes, since the temperature in the mine is 3 to 6°C throughout the year.


  • Guided tour for children under 3 years old is not allowed/recommended due to required use of helmet, the environment in the mine and walking distance.

* Family ticket is valid for 2 adults and 2 children (3-15 years old). It is not valid for guided tour in the Shaft tour and workers house.
